“I’m delighted that OxEd & Assessment and the NELI Programme have been recognised as a top ten finalist for the Jacobs Foundation Best Practice Prizes,” said Charles Hulme, Founder and CEO of OxEd & Assessment. “As a University of Oxford spinout company, research has always been at our core. We are committed to ensuring that all our interventions and assessments have a rigorous evidence base and continue to do research to this end. To have our work recognised by the prestigious Jacobs Foundation is a great honour.”

Many children around the world struggle with oral language, but it is essential for communication, especially in schools. Charles was also interviewed by the Jacobs Foundation to learn more about our work to improve outcomes for children, particularly those at risk of educational difficulties.
